Had a lovely stay at Collaven Manor! The room was spacious with a comfy sofa and beautiful garden views. Breakfast was a real treat, especially the fresh fruit salad. Just a heads-up, the access paths were a bit tricky with bikes. A great experience!

The breakfast was fantastic, with local ingredients and beautifully cooked full English options that shouldn't be missed.
It would have been better to have local tea options in the room instead of just Yorkshire tea, as well as a small fridge for convenience.

Central location not far from Dartmoor, and gardens to roam, it was in a very quite area.

Stayed for two nights and really expected more. The bath tap was unusable, and although the staff tried to fix it, not having a complimentary drink to calm my nerves was insulting. The breakfast time is shockingly short (8:30-9:30), as a discerning traveler, I woudl ve been grateful for special treatment. Never returning.

Location is perfect - extremely peaceful environment and very close to the moors.
There was no water pressure at all in the bathroom, to the extent that we couldn't have a shower. Running a bath was ok, but you couldn't rinse the soap off properly - and certainly not wash long hair! What a pity - the rest was near perfect!

We had a hearty and excellent breakfast in the bar. Outstandingly accommodating people were working here. The hotel was set in a secluded area so close to the Devon coastal areas, the restaurant and amazing breakfast great stop and peace and quiet and gardens. It also was in pretty manor house.
